My class does not cater to "Professional Dancers" my class caters to everyday people of all levels. People often say to say "I can't dance." Dancing is like riding a bike or cooking, if you stay consistent and try it more than once, YOU WILL LEARN IT! 
Dancing releases stress, it's a wonderful workout and its a skill that you'll love to have for different elements of life! It helps restore relationships with spouse as well..
